Commissions
A commission with Apothecary Artist begins not with a brief, but with a material.
If you have something personally meaningful, a handful of soil from a place you love,
ash from a significant fire,
a fragment of pigmented rock, a dried plant or flower,
I may be able to prepare it as a paint material and weave it into an original work made specifically for you.
This is not a conventional commission.
You are not directing the art. You are collaborating.
You are contributing to the earth of it.
From there, I work with complete creative freedom, guided by your material, your chosen palette and mood, and the recipes and techniques I have spent decades refining.
The result is a work that carries your history, your meaning and my practice in equal measure. This is special.
Commissions are a fixed price, taken in limited numbers to ensure every work receives the time and care it deserves.
Limited Annual Intake - Open for late 2026
